It is now 8 weeks since i quit smoking here is some fireworks to celibrate next milestone 6 months.

a good place to visit.

Tynemouth priory a good place to visit if you are in newcastle.

Very gothic good food and beer nearby. a good market is also on at the station at weekends.

today its 4 weeks not smoking 1 whole month

i will not start smoking again

it would have been better not to start at all
